Content Description
Papers include an autograph book, Louisville Municipal College items, clipping scrapbooks, honorary plaques, family photographs including dance materials, performance programs, academic records and school memorabilia, and family memorabilia for the Stokes and Jackson families. Walter and Jessie Stokes were African Americans who attended Louisville Municipal College. Walter was a successful Commonwealth Life Insurance salesman; he died September 9, 2012.
