Content Description The one minute and 48 second 16mm film was presumably produced for use on television to advocate the bond issue promoted by the Bonds For Progress committee. Jesse Hopewell, a Louisville cinematographer, created the film, which includes a panoramic shot of expressway construction on the city's waterfront.
