University Libraries accession and deaccession records

Content Description

Consists of records of materials accessioned and deaccessioned by the University of Louisville Library. The accession records cover the period 1958-1965. Accessions are recorded by number, with no title, author, or other identifiable information and were inscribed in stenography notebooks. The deaccession records (or "withdrawal books") include author/title and call number information as well as reasons for deaccessioning, and cover the period 1944-1960.
