Moise's papers include a curriculum vitae, academic papers, and a folder of memoranda and correspondence concerning the transition of the independent University College as it was merged into the College of Arts and Sciences. Moise, a professor of political science, received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Louisville and a Ph.D. from Indiana University. He served as acting dean of University College at the time of its merger. Previously, University College administered evening classes taught at the university.
