This collection contains research materials compiled by Harris B. Tuttle (born 1902), consultant and lecturer for the Law Enforcement Photography Department of Eastman Kodak. Tuttle did extensive research on the history and practice of identification photography and on the specialized and technical aspects of police and medical photography. The files also include correspondence, research questionnaires, and drafts of articles on forensic photography.
