Includes matriculation/admission tickets to various courses (surgery, practical anatomy, clinical lectures at the Louisville City Hospital) as well as general matriculation tickets from the period 1889-1892. Includes a "private quiz ticket" (on obstetrics and gynecology) and a ticket to a "quiz on surgery," both dated 1891-1892. There is also a letter from P.E. Blackerby of the State Board of Health of Kentucky, offering his condolences to Dr. O'Bannon's widow.
