Content Description
A publication of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps at the University of Louisville, January-April 1973. Contents of both publications consisted of news items, editorials, cartoons, and announcements. The Bumwad, a multi-page publication, identified itself as "an independent publication." Bullchit was a single page (two sides) publication that contained primarily announcements. The relationship between the two publications is not clear, although the staff overlapped.
