Includes both graduate and non-graduate case files. The registrar's office maintains impermanent student records for the defunct law school, but these case files contain applications, correspondence, and copies of the permanent record. Note: Two files, W. Edwin Russell and Solon F. Russell, both LL.B., 1906, were destroyed by water damage prior to transfer to the University Archives.
University records more than 25 years old are generally open; however, some records may be restricted by statute or federal law.
