Personal and professional papers of Madeline and Dario Covi. Dario Covi was a faculty member in the Hite Art Institute at the University of Louisville; Madeline was active in the arts community, as well. The papers include Dario's daily journals from 1948 through 2017, as well as personal and professional correspondence and some of his scholarly work. His journals document the events, large and small, going on in his life and the larger world, from campus unrest to the Apollo missions. Madeline is represented through extensive correspondence with her mother as well as notebooks of drafts of poetry and published poems.
