Content Description The collection contains student papers written by Young about the Louisville and Nashville Railroad section crews, section houses, and children of L&N section foremen. There are also four oral history audiotapes containing interviews conducted by Young concerning railroad houses. Young attended the University of Louisville.
Scope and Contents This record group includes material which documents the legal, social, administrative, and fiscal history of the YWCA in Louisville, from the founding of the central branch in 1912 and the west end branch (Phillis Wheatley) in 1922 into the 1970s. Content Description Zeiser created this scrapbook, which contains material dealing with her membership in the U of L Players in the late 1910s and miscellaneous letters and newspaper clippings on the Little Theater Company and the Macauley Picture Collection. Included also is a brief reminiscence of her years in the amateur theater in the university's Playhouse, from 1914 to 1938, written at the time of her donation of the scrapbook to University Archives.

Content Description Includes the Zeta Kappa Lyre, May 1-20, 1967 (volume 1, no. 2) and Sept.-Oct. 1967 (volume 2, no. 1) and "A short history of Zeta Kappa of Phi Mu Alpha," produced as a special edition of the Lyre (volume 2, no. 2). The history was written "in commemoration of the chapter's fifteenth anniversary."
