Content Description
Collection includes a selection of 12" and 7" vinyl records, compact discs, audiocassettes, and two comic books related to the Louisville Music scene in the 1980's and 1990's. Bands represented include Poor Girls, Hula Hoop, Lemonade Hayride, Dead Serious. Burton was the owner and namesake of Ken's Records in Crescent Hill. This collection is part of the Louisville Underground Music Archive (LUMA) project.

Evelyn and Edward Bush papers

The collection contains an obituary of Dr. Evelyn Bush, two typescript stories by Edward Ellis Bush and an unfinished autobiography of Bush, which he started shortly before he died. There are also several lantern slides, presumably from Dr. Bush's practice, which show men and women doing various back exercises.

Five clubs of the Business and Professional Women in Louisville, Lexington, and Paducah banded together in 1921 to form the state organization. By the early 1990s, the state federation numbered seventy-five active clubs. Historical records of the Business and Professional Women of Kentucky consist of minutes, publications, financial and membership records of the state chapters, programs, song sheets, and correspondence. Also included are records for the University of Louisville chapter.
