A monthly publication of Action Pact Magazine, Inc., Louisville, Kentucky. The primary, stated goal of the ActionPACT organization was "to promote a positive image of Louisville's Black Community," and the magazine was focused on "a positive perspective," and was to serve as "a tool to focus and direct our leadership, and coordinate opportunities, training and financial support to assist dedicated minority entrepreneurs." Topics covered included arts and culture, sports, spirituality, business, history, significant individuals, and concerns such as gun control. Some issues titled "ActionPact of Louisville." The April/May 1995 issue is subtitled "the African American magazine of Louisville."
