Biographical / Historical

Clarence Judah was a leading figure in the Louisville Jewish community. Judah, a University of Louisville graduate, was active in thespian activities as a student and beyond as one of the core members of the University of Louisville Players and the Alumni Players. However, he was best known for his leadership as executive director of the Louisville Conference of Jewish Organizations, which later became the Jewish Community Federation. After serving thirty-five years, he retired in 1971.
