Biographical / Historical

Adath Israel Temple, a founding member of the Union for Reform Judaism, was established in 1842. It is the oldest congregation in Kentucky. in 1976, Adath Israel merged with Brith Sholom to form The Temple - Congregation Adath Israel Brith Sholom, or, more commonly, The Temple.
