Biographical / Historical

Jamie Miller is a longtime participant in Louisville's underground scene, attending his first show in 1987 (Spot in someone's basement) and becoming part of The Triumvirate, often seen in the front at Kinghorse shows. Although he left Louisville for college from 1989-1994, he helped co-found Abrupt along with Stan Baker, Danny Maron and Bill Terry, and also started his zine Time Bomb.

Upon returning to Louisville in 1994 Jamie produced another issue of Time Bomb and started a new music-oriented zine called Highlands Lowlife. Around that time he met Liz Palmer and shortly thereafter began working with her on Brat Magazine. While working at a local TV station he found time to create The Show Of Shows with the station's editing equipment and also started an underground bookstore called Verbivore.

In 1999 Jamie (along with Liz Palmer) participated in creating The Brycc House, a youth communtiy center. [description derived from louisvillehardcore.com]
