Content Description The one minute and 48 second 16mm film was presumably produced for use on television to advocate the bond issue promoted by the Bonds For Progress committee. Jesse Hopewell, a Louisville cinematographer, created the film, which includes a panoramic shot of expressway construction on the city's waterfront. The film highlighted the projects to be funded and included a group shot of University of Louisville and city leaders. Among the latter were mayoral candidates Kenneth A. Schmied and Marlin...
