The collection of Louisville cardiologist Morris M. Weiss includes books, articles and reprints on cardiology, hypertension, medical biography, and history, all arranged alphabetically, along with photographs of Louisville hospitals, the medical school, clinics, and medical fraternity houses. The collection also holds artifacts associated with his practice, including nine reels of audio tape and one phonograph record of heart sounds, plates and slides, and an early (ca. 1960) example of a temporary pacemaker.
