Included in the Louisville Odontological Society/The Philological Society records are minutes, membership rosters, a constitution and bylaws, financial documents, and reports on papers delivered at society meetings. The records also include a "History of the Philological Society," by Raymond E. Myers. Additional records realted to the Society are located at the Kornhauser Health Sciences Library.
The papers primarily consist of lecture notes (typescript copies) for classes in anatomy, chemistry, materia medica, orthodontia, physiology, and prosthetic dentistry prepared by C.P. Mayhall and Ollie M. Lyon, two members of the 1916 junior class of the Louisville College of Dentistry of the Central University of Kentucky. Also includes a small number of personal papers regarding alumni events.
