Master personnel files for faculty and administrators who have been terminated from the University of Louisville on account of retirement, resignation, expiration of contract, or death. Also master personnel files for faculty and administrators who were still active in August 2021. All records after August 2021 are retained electronically in Faculty Affairs.

This collection contains primarily materials related to Dr. Fink’s tenure as a professor at U of L. These resources include syllabi, research notes, letters of recommendation, financial records of departments, and peer evaluations. There is also information relating to the French Players and the different plays they worked on through Dr. Fink’s association with them. Also records of the Louisville Chapter of the Alliance Française.

Content Description Records of University of Louisville Emeritus Professor Acton Ostling, Jr. Professor Ostling served as Director of Bands and conductor of the Louisville Symphony Band from 1974 until 1995. He retired in 2001. Materials include programs from the University of Maryland and Iowa State University where Ostling served as Director of Bands prior to 1974.
