Content Description The scrapbook was compiled in a discarded guest register from the Mammoth Cave Hotel. It includes documentation on the commercial development of Mammoth Cave in the late nineteenth century, including news clippings and promotional materials. Some of the original pages from 1886 and 1887 were still visible, showing the guest register. Content Description

This microfilm reproduces the original plans used in the construction of St. Agnes, rather than the final revised plans. The location of the final plans are unknown. The church, located on Newburg Road, was designed by William O'Toole of the D.X. Murphy architectural firm. Its design was generally of the Italo-Romanesque style.
