Betty Smith attended the University of Louisville in the 1930s and belonged to Pi Beta Phi sorority. These seventeen snapshots were found in a photograph album belonging to Smith by her daughter and donated to the University Archives and Records Center in May 2009. They are labeled and date from 1936 and 1937.
Programs for the Speed Scientific School's Engineers' Day and Engineers' Week. This event was intended to connect the public with the educational program and facilities of the Speed School. Programs are an incomplete run from 1939 to 1996.

Minutes, agendas, resolutions, and budget documents from the University of Louisville Student Senate and select Student Government Association committees and student councils. Paper records span 1999-2003. Since the 2012-2013 school year, digital records have been posted to the Blackboard system where permissions are granted on an individual user bases to members of the student senate. Records from 2012 to the present are electronic.
First issue (Vol. 1:1 April 19, 2002) of an independent University of Louisville student newspaper. The newspaper is a single sheet (printed on both sides) and it is unknown whether additional issues were produced. A student publication with same name was published in the 1970s (Acc. # 1973-514 UA) located in reported in Archives Space to be in “UARC Serials Drawer” could not be found in September, 2021.

Includes the October 30, 2015 protest of President James Ramsey and his office following a staff party in which Ramsey and other UofL employees dressed in stereotypical sombreros and mustaches and he in a poncho. Also includes September 8, 2017 march in support of DACA (Deffered Action for Childhood Arrivals) as the UofL community joined nation-wide protests.
