This collection is made up of photocopies of notes made by Bernard Asman as a student at the Kentucky School of Medicine (KSM) from 1895-1897. The instructors documented here are Profesors Marvin, Holloway, Rodman, Mathews, Wathen, Tuley, Orendorf, Coomes, and Hays. The notes cover lectures, labs, and clinical instruction.
Included are class photographs from the Kentucky School of Medicine. One shows Duffin's 1901 anatomy class.
Family memorabilia, U of L Medical School yearbook for 1909 and photographs from the Ennis' time as a medical student, including a shot of Ennis and some of his classmates posing with their anatomy cadaver. Ennis was a member of Phi Chi faternity while in medical school, and there is material that documents that involvement. He graduated in 1909.
This collection contains matriculation tickets for the University of Louisville medical department, general tickets, a registrar's receipt, a course certification, and a cancelled check.
