Photocopies of Charles A. Hentz diary covering the period of his life at the University of Louisville School of Medcine. Of particular note are his notes on his role as assistant to Dr. George Bayless, Demonstrator of Anatomy, in his quest to procure bodies for dissection by medical students. Collection also includes a portion of his autobiography. Originals are at the University of North Carolina.
