The collection includes student papers, manuscripts, correspondence, reviewers' notes, field and laboratory notes, reports, material relating to the Atomic Energy Commission at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and other university material. There are also oral history interviews with Krumholz in the Oral History Center collection.
Lantern slides, glass negatives, and book plates relating to Harvey Lovell's botanical research, along with research notes and other materials created by Harvey B. and Ethel Weeter Lovell. Materials related to Ethel's participation in the University of Louisville Rifle Club, including aterials include membership cards, used targets, a photograph of the Rifle Club members, newspaper clippings, and correspondence.
The notebooks are from Middleton's student days at Johns Hopkins University; the text, College Biology, vol. I and II, is a college biology texbook written for a course taught at the University of Louisville.
