A complete run of The Paper, an independent, community-based newspaper published monthly in Louisville, Kentucky by Mperfect Design from August 2011 to August 2013. The publication was dedicated to being "hyper-local" and celebrated Louisville communities by featuring positive news, primarily focused on local arts and culture.
These rosters were transferred from the regional reference files at the University Archives and Records Center and gathered to form this collection

The records include membership rosters and lists of officers, house rules, and articles of incorporation and by-laws.
The Portland Anchor, published monthly by Anchor Publications, serves the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, with news and information about local schools, churches, businesses, and social organizations. The University Archives has an almost complete run of the newspaper, from 1976 to the present. NOTE: The numbering of volumes and issues is not always consistent.

These papers consist of clippings, reports, minutes, correspondence and reference materials related to a proposed merger of Louisville and Jefferson County. There are also materials on merger proposals dating from the 1950s and files related to downtown redevelopment.
