A collection of flyers, with some stickers, handouts, lyric sheets, zines, and a patch, for mostly Louisville hardcore bands, from around 1992 and 1993.
84 digitized photographs of bands performing at Louisville venues (Tewligans, Cliffhangers, and The Machine). Bands include local bands such as Endpoint (at Cliffhangers and The Machine), Falling Forward (at The Machine), Step Down ( at The Machine), Enkindel (at The Machine), and Crain (City Lights), and out of town bands such as Avail (at Tewligans), and Voodoo Glow Skulls (at The Machine). This collection is part of the Louisville Underground Music Archive (LUMA) project.
This collection consists of a medical bag received from Brooks Denhard Surgical Instrument Company, with many original medications and instruments, several pamphlets and brochures, and a student’s History Record sheet, Louisville General Hospital, dated 1942.
This 23.5 linear foot collection, dates from 1959 to 1997. The bulk of the collection documents Barber's teaching and administrative work at the University of Louisville along with his professional activity outside the university.
These papers consist of Dr. Barnes collection of negatives, photographs, and reports of pathological specimens, malignancies, exhibits and cells. Some appear to have been used as research or teaching tools. Others appear to have been taken during autopsies in the 1940s and 50s.
