The papers consist primarily of materials related to Miss Beem's retirement in 1961; Commonwealth of Kentucky and Medical Library Association certification materials; biographical materials and photographs; and an address given to the Kentucky Association of Trial Attorneys. Also of interest is a chronology entitled "Highlights of the Medical School Library, 1935-1961."
