Edwin Gaillard Rhoads, DDS was born in Muhlenberg County, KY, the son of Dr. Solomon Johnson and Priscilla Askins Jagoe Rhoads. Rhoads graduated from the Louisville College of Dentistry in 1904. He practiced in Louisville for a short time, then moved to Sheffield County, AL where he lived until his death in 1965.
