Biographical / Historical

The Louisville Chapter of the Fellowship of Reconcilliation (LFOR) was founded on Armistice Day in 1975 by activists George and Jean Edwards. LFOR organizes rallies, boycotts, and other forms of non-violent protest in support of peace, racial and economic justice and LGBTQ rights. LFOR publishes FORSooth once a month, except in January (which is combined with the December issue) and August (which is combined with the July issue). In addition to providing a calendar of events, FORSooth reports on issues relating to their concerns with justice, peace and equality.
