Three scrapbooks containing newspaper and magazine clippings along with reproductions of photographs, envelopes, and other material relating to the history of buildings and businesses on Main and Market Streets in Louisville, Kentucky. Original materials date primarily to the early twentieth century, but the scrapbooks include reproductions of 19th century materials as well, including a series of envelopes. These materials were collected in the course of the Main Street Association's oral history project, which documented the history of this area. The vast majority of these interviews were conducted by Susan Foley.
