Biographical / Historical

Paul Webber was a professor in the Political Science department at the University of Louisville. Webber joined the faculty in 1976 and passed away in 2005. Mitch McConnell is an alumnus of the University (class of 1964) who has represented Kentucky in the United States Sentate since 1985.
