Three publications from local post offices: the Derby City Dispatch (1981-1986); the Louisville Dispatch (1986-1993); and the Eastern Region Bulletin (1989-1990). The Derby City Dispatch, the employee newsletter for the Louisville post office, began in June 1981 as a monthly publication. Later, it was published intermittently, sometimes on a bi-monthly basis. It appears that there are two distinct series designated "volume 1." In July 1986, it was renamed the Louisville Dispatch; this title continues to January, 1993. It is unclear whether this was the last issue. There are also three 1989 issues of the Eastern Region Post Office Employees Bulletin (published in Philadelphia), which contain some information about Louisville employees.
