These papers contain letters and clippings to and about Jacob Landau from Neville Miller, former U of L law school dean and Louisville mayor, as well as Landau's family reminiscences, obituaries of acquaintances, and a reminiscence of prostitution during his childhood in the west downtown Louisville neighborhood. The Oral History Center in the University Archives and Records Center also holds an interview with Mr. Landau.

Content Description This collection consists of Professor Lee Shai Weissbach's files relating to his research, teaching, and service while on the faculty at the University of Louisville. Archives and Special Collections holds the portion of his research files that relate to Jewish communities and synagogues (as structures) in Kentucky.
